Some are traveling solo but many bring their families and pets along. Helping everybody settle in a new country can be a bit daunting, hence we’ve made sure anyone joining our team won’t be alone in doing so.

To ensure we offer the very best help, we are looking for a new team member to support our new hires from the time they signed up for the gig to getting them settled in Helsinki.   • Overseeing and arranging quality relocation experiences from around the world from the candidate stage to arrival in Finland
  • Supporting immigration processes and keeping records and renewals up to date
  • Assisting newly arrived employees in settling into Finland including finding their own accommodation after one month
  • Being the first point of contact for the accommodation owners, keeping track of tenancies and rents for company-leased housing
  • Introducing newly arrived employees and their families to Helsinki – shops, schools, cinemas, libraries, restaurants – whatever the interests might be
  • Managing and developing the Redhill spouse group
  • Organizing monthly spouses’ activities to help with integration
  • Providing ongoing personal and peer support to accompanying family members
  • Working with external partners within the gaming and local community to create integration opportunities for accompanying family members
  • Keeping up-to-date with issues relating to immigration and local government agencies to advocate for improvements where needed
  • Creating resources to aid integration into Finnish society


  • Extensive knowledge of the support networks that exist for new arrivals in Finland and a willingness to collaborate with external partners to create new ones
  • Understanding of Finnish immigration processes and challenges people face when moving to a new country
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consideration and care
  • Strong problems solving skills and adaptability to new situations
  • Genuinely interested in people from a wide range of backgrounds and the ability to provide both practical and emotional support as needed
  • Extensive knowledge and ability to share tips on navigating daily life in a new country
  • Fluent in English and Finnish (C1 min)

The ideal candidate will also have

  • Experience of having lived overseas or having moved country and an understanding of the challenges people may face
  • Passion about games, we will be playing a lot
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Previous experience in the immigration industry
