Talent Acquisition Manager

As our team’s growth accelerates, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Helsinki or Cyprus. In this role you will be managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent for each role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement hiring strategy plans, filling job openings through high-quality, high-efficiency approaches (including but not limited to selected ATS, LinkedIn Jobs, job boards, and job fairs)
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders and peers internally
  • Own and together with the Talent Growth Manager create/adapt/run interviewing skills training for the hiring managers
  • Own and together with the Operations team create/adapt/run culture fit interviews
  • Consult hiring managers on the team’s needs, job descriptions, and hiring processes
  • Monitor external recruiting vendors and partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on recruiting in-house experience, preferably at an entertainment or gaming company
  • Previous experience recruiting for creative and/or technical roles within areas of PC/console game development
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
  • Strong candidate assessment skills and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
  • Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques
  • Excellent spoken and written English (minimum C1)
  • Self-motivated, with strong initiative and enthusiasm coupled with a diplomatic approach
